Mrs. Tanjina Nasrin, Chairman of the company is a commerce graduate. She is involved with company since inception. She discharges her responsibilities with due care and diligence keeping in view the interest of the company. She provides proper leadership to the Board of Directors. She does her best to uplift the progress of the company. The objects of the company as decided by the Board are to carry on the business of (a) housing and commercial building by land development, making apartment or making shops, sale of plots, apartment, shop and office spaces. b) To purchase land and take on lease basis, any house, building, apartment, Flat etc. for subsequent sale.
Eng. Mr. Md. Shafiul Alam is a director of the company. He is an Engineer and obtained his engineering degree from Aligarh University, India in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is a paid up director who looks after all the technical sites of the company with due care and diligent keeping view the interest of the company. His performance is highly satisfactory and creditable.
